Can you help if I have lost my car keys?
Yes. Our automotive service covers vehicle lockouts, replacement keys for lost sets, spare keys, and remote and transponder key programming. Let us know the make, model and year when you call so the right equipment comes with the technician.
Can you open a safe if I have lost the combination or key?
Yes — safe unlocking is one of our core services, covering digital keypad safes, key-operated safes and dual-lock units. We also repair or replace safe locks once the unit is open.
Do you only do emergencies, or planned work too?
Both. Alongside emergency lockouts we handle lock changes and repairs, rekeying, key cutting, gate and security-gate locks, commercial door hardware and access control upgrades — all booked in at a time that suits you.
Will opening my lock damage it?
We use the least invasive method the situation allows and aim to open locks without damage wherever it is possible. Where a lock is already damaged, seized or of a type that cannot be opened non-destructively, we will explain the options before going further.
